  • Q. I would like to talk to someone about my wedding.
    A. We would be happy to discuss your wedding details at any time on weekdays and weekends, but there may be times when we are unable to show you the chapel or the reception venues if receptions are in progress. We recommend that you inquire ahead.
  • Q. What is the minimum number of guests for a reception?
    A. We do not have a minimum number, so we will be happy to make a proposal according to your wishes.
  • Q. How many consultations will be needed?
    A. Usually, we suggest having about four consultations starting about four months prior to your wedding.
  • Q. Can we bring our own wedding attire?
    A. You can bring your own attire. There will be a fee of 22,000 yen (included tax) per outfit for the groom and 30,000 yen (included tax) per outfit for the bride.
  • Q. Can we supply our own guests’ gifts and sweets?
    A. As with your wedding attire, it is possible to supply your own gifts and sweets to give to your guests. A fee of 330yen (included tax) per item will apply. The hotel has a range of original guest gifts, including earthenware, lacquerware and glassware by artists with connections to Kyoto as well as original cookies and cakes from the Trattoria Sette Pastry Boutique.   • Q. I want to make my floral arrangements special.
    A. All of our floral arrangements are tailored individually for each wedding. We will ask what you have in mind during the consultations, so feel free to talk to us.
  • Q. Can I ask you to do the hair, make-up and kimono dressing for my wedding guests?
    A. The hotel’s beauty salon can cater to these requests. We recommend making reservations at least one and a half months before the wedding.
  • Q. Do you have a children’s menu?
    A. We can arrange a course menu or on-plate menu appropriate for the children’s ages.
  • Q. How do I settle my account for my wedding reception?
    A. We request payment at least two weeks prior to the date of the reception. You may pay by direct bank transfer, cash, or credit card.
  • Q. Do you have a venue where we can hold our Yuino betrothal ceremony?
    A. Our Japanese restaurant, Touzan, has private rooms that can seat up to 16 people. We also offer Yuino Plans, so please feel free to ask your wedding concierge.
  • Q. Can you make us an original wedding cake?
    A. Our pastry chef will discuss your wishes and what you have in mind and design an original wedding cake, the only one of its kind in the world.
  • Q. Are you able to prepare special meals for people with allergies?
    A. If you can confirm the allergies with us beforehand, we will arrange a special menu.
  • Q. I would like to have my ceremony guests stay at the hotel. Do you offer a discount?
    A. We offer a special rate for wedding guests. Please ask your wedding concierge for details.
  • Q. Can I have my after-party at the hotel?
    A. Please feel free to consult with us about numbers, times and other details.
  • Q. Do I need to book to inquire for the first time about a wedding?
    A. We give priority to clients who have made reservations, so we recommend that you do so.
