A Nobunaga festival held by Honnoji Temple, famous for its connection with the shogun.  The event marks the revival of the warrior procession parade, which has not been held for more than a decade.  The event has been organized by the people of Kyoto in order to recreate the lively atmosphere that Nobunaga so enjoyed, as well as to educate the general public about the great achievements of Daimyo Nobunaga.  Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to enjoy a number of cultural events, including an art exhibition, a Nobunaga memorial service, a performance by the Fukui Prefecture-based Shinto music group Oda-cho, a go tournament, and a display of traditional dance.
