| TEXT: | The Jishu-jinja Shrine is a nationally famous shrine, whose main god is Okuninushi-no-mikoto blessing good marriages. Every year, the shrine attracts over one million visitors. The Enmusubi Festival is held there early in the new year to wish for good encounters in the coming year. After reading out the prayer, the priest conducts a purification ceremony to pray for their good marriages, and these purified visitors can receive a free good-luck gavel. Why don’t you visit there to find good matches? |
