TEXT:		Seeing Togetsu-kyo Bridge from a boat on Ohigawa River, enjoy the music festival held on the boat offering performances of Japanese drums, jazz and Noh. Stalls set up along the bank display and sell traditional handicrafts made by local artists. Feel sounds of the rowing the boat, a stream, breeze and singing birds.
