TEXT:		Mibu Kyogen (officially known as Mibu Dainenbutsu Kyogen) is also known affectionately by Kyoto citizens as “Kan Den Den of Mibu-san." This silent performance is a Kyoto tradition practiced since the Kamakura period. It is performed in Mibu Temple's Kyogendo Hall in spring and autumn. Five plays will be performed each day from 13:00 to about 17:30 during the autumn performance.
