TEXT:		With its origins in a traditional rainmaking ritual, the Kibune Water Festival is held to pray for rain and sunshine. At 10:00, the Grandmaster of the Urasenke Tea School dedicates tea to the deity, followed by a sacred dance with music and an Ikama-style knife performance.
